You can access the manual as a pdf file. It requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to read it.
When you open the site listed below, click on the
"L8341: Kid-Tough™ Digital Camera"
and the manual should open.

A second possibility:
If the camera came with a CD ROM, the manual might be on it also. Many manufacturers choose to skip printed manuals, and leave it on a bundled CD ROM instead.
